One Punch Man Chapter 16 is Garo, the Dark Hero, surrounded by a pack of heroes. Outnumbered and already wounded, Garo shows how powerful he is by taking down the heroes one after another. Inevitably, Saitama and King still have their video game marathon going, revealing King’s not-so-secret sadistic streak (as well as his surprising penchant for winning). This chapter manages to showcase Garo’s overwhelming strength and expertise, while still giving us some laughs thanks to Saitama and King being their usual selves.
